  • Q: Are minors under the age of 21 allowed in Air Park Karaoke?

    A: Minors are allowed in our private rooms (not the Social Lounge area), EXCEPT for after 8pm on any Friday, Saturday and major Holiday/Eve. The open Social Lounge area is strictly 21+ only at all times.

  • Q: How do I make a reservation?

    A: Reservations are quick and easy and can be done by calling us at (808)-591-8292, or sending an email to: booking@airparkkaraoke.com or by submitting an inquiry here

  • Q: Is there a minimum of hours required for a reservation?

    A: Only on Fridays and Saturdays, there is a minimum of 2 hours required for a reservation.

  • Q: Is there a deposit required for reservations? And how does it work?

    A: Because of our popularity, we request a 50%  deposit at the time of booking. Your credit card information can be taken over the phone by one of our professional staff or come in person with a Valid ID (if paying with a card) and pay at our location at 510 Piikoi Street.  Cash deposit can also be accepted in person at our location.

  • Q: What is the Cancellation Policy? Is my deposit refundable?

    A: Your deposit is refundable as long as you cancel your reservation AT LEAST 48 hours before your actual reservation time*. For example, your booked a reservation for 8pm on July 4th, then you must call us before 8pm of July 2nd to cancel it to get your deposit back.  If you call within the 48 hours before your actual reservation time to cancel, then you loose your deposit.  No-Show also means you loose your deposit.

    *Our Cancellation Policy may vary for private events and for holiday season such as month of December, please ask our staff for details when calling.

  • Q: What happens if I’m late for my reservation? This is important information-please read!

    A: Air Park Karaoke Lounge will honor your reservation up until (15) minutes after the reservation time you booked. Due to high demand, we suggest you arrive (10) minutes early to check in. If you are running late to your reservation, please call to inform us: 808-591-8292. However, your room will still only be reserved for the block requested. For example: Jake made a reservation from 7pm-9pm on Thursday evening. Jake and his party showed up late, at 7:15pm. Jake’s reservation will start at 7:15pm and go until 9pm, even though he started 15 minutes late.

    Also, if your party does not call to let us know if you are running more than 15 minutes after your allotted reservation, you forfeit your reservation. For example: Jake made a reservation from 9pm-11pm on Friday night. Jake showed up at 9:25pm but did not call Air Park to let us know he was running late- we assumed he was not coming at all so Air Park let the next person in line reserve the room.

  • Q: Are Walk-ins welcome?

    A: Yes of course, Walk-ins are welcome anytime. However, we do encourage you to plan ahead and make a reservation to ensure the availability of a private room for your party.

  • Q: Why does Air Park need to know what time we are checking out?

    A: Air Park does its best to ensure that every reservation request is fulfilled, therefore requires that start and finish times are provided at the time the reservation is made. If a party wishes to extend their time, they can arrange it with the host upon arrival or change their reservation prior to the engagement via phone.

  • Q: What is needed in order to check in?

    A: Air Park requires that a valid credit card and corresponding ID are provided at the time of check in. The credit card provided does not have to be the form of payment upon completion.

  • Q: Are drinks included with the private karaoke rooms?

    A: Drinks are separate costs from the private karaoke room rental charge. Special beverage requests are easily accommodated, please contact us via phone or email: booking@airparkkaraoke.com

  • Q: Are private karaoke rooms included in APKL Happy Hour(Sun-Thur:6-9pm, Fri&Sat: 6-8pm)?

    A: Yes, Happy Hour drink specials can be served in private karaoke rooms.

  • Q: Is there a minimum drink purchase requirement in a private karaoke room?

    A: Yes, there’s a minimum of 1 drink purchase per person requirement, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic.  If you prefer not to make any drink purchase or do not meet the minimum requirement, there’s an additional $10/hour charge per party (regardless which size room you stay in or how long your visit is).  For example, Jack has a reservation for 5 people from 7-9pm. The group must purchase at least 5 drinks total during their stay. If Jack’s group doesn’t meet the requirement, an additional $10/hour will be charged (in Jack’s case, an additional $20 will be charged for those 2 hours ).  *Exclusion: any children age 12 and under are not required to make a drink purchase.

  • Q: What is the Social Lounge?

    A: The Social Lounge is an open area lounge that offers karaoke, however it is not a private karaoke room. Social Lounge enables you to hang out with friends, make new friends, or just relax and have a cocktail. Our Social Lounge offers free Karaoke at all times! *$10 minimum drink purchase per person is necessary*

  • Q: Does Air Park Karaoke Lounge charge cover?

    A: No, Air Park Karaoke Lounge does not have a cover charge, so come and enjoy open karaoke any time you wish.

  • Q: Does Air Park Karaoke Lounge allow outside beverage?

    A: No, we do not allow any outside beverages in Air Park Karaoke Lounge (that includes both alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, even water). We have a stellar beverage list for every budget.  Any outside beverages brought into our facility will be confiscated, so please follow our rules. Aside from a full-bar, there are sodas, juices & bottle water available for purchase. We also have tap water which is no charge.

  • Q: Does Air Park Karaoke Lounge serve food?

    A: No, we currently do not. You are always welcome to bring in outside food (except for jello or jello shots), and please also bring your own plates & utensils.  We do not offer free plates or utensils, you may purchase them from us for a small cost.

  • Q: Can I bring in party decorations to put up inside the private rooms?

    A: Yes, you may bring in decorations such as banners and balloons.  No party sprays, confetti, glitter or any small/sticky alike objects allowed.  Please respect our facility.  A cleaning fee will occur if rules are not followed.

  • Q: Does Air Park Karaoke Lounge take separate checks?

    A: Yes, guests in the same party can have their own tabs. Please do inform our staff upon arrival if you wish to have separate tabs.

  • Q: What about Special Celebrations & Corporate Events?

    A: Air Park Karaoke Lounge encourages and welcomes any special celebrations & events such as birthdays, Bridal showers, Pre- or Post-Wedding Parties, bar/bat mitzvah’s, company mixer or private events, any type of event you would like to celebrate!   • Q: Can I request to make a reservation that is not during Air Park Karaoke Lounge’s normal business hours?

  • Q: Is there parking?

    A: There is a paid parking lot behind our facility at $1/hour rate. And there are plenty of street parking and paid parking garages around Air Park. See our parking map on Contact Us page. Please follow all parking rules.


While we encourage celebrating, safety of our guests is paramount. If you feel you have over celebrated, please have one of our courteous staff members arrange transportation or utilize these transportation options:
